This Roof Leaks!

Why you must walk the roof. Condition cannot be seen from the ground.

Stairs must have Hand/Guard Rails!

Unsafe Stairs over the Furnace!

Handrail only no Guardrail! You can fall through the open rail.

You must walk the attic to check the insulation!

Bathroom vent must be insulated & properly installed!

Fire hazard. Dryer vent must be metal & much shorter!

Bathroom vent connected to a heating duct!

Bathroom fan with no vent to the exterior. Will now cause mold!

Kitchen stove top fan must vent to the exterior. Will now cause mold!

This is a kitchen stovetop vent pipe. A fire waiting to happen!

This problem was only found when walking the roof!
